Privacy Policy
Effective August 18, 2026. This policy covers desert-layer.com and communication with Desert Layer by email, phone, and SMS.
What we collect
When you submit a quote form we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to share it, and the details of your project. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not collect information beyond what you type into our forms. Our forms are processed by Formspree, which transmits your submission to us by email.
How we use it
We use your contact information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and fulfill orders. We do not sell your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with service providers is limited to what is necessary to operate our business (for example, form processing and email delivery).
SMS / text messaging terms
If you check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Desert Layer about your inquiry, quotes, and orders. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Data retention & your choices
We keep inquiry and order records as long as needed for business and legal purposes. You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@desert-layer.com.
